Supplies needed:
1. Glue stick/wax
2. Liquid base
3. Powder base
4. Black eyeliner
5. Black, gold and red eyeshadow (or whatever 3 colors you want to use)
6. Gold sparkle liquid eyeliner (optional)
7. Blush
8. Red lipstick/lipgloss
Step 1: You are going to want to take out your eyebrows, unless of course you don't have any for one reason or another. This means you'll want a glue stick and or wax. I used both because my eyebrows are dark and thick but if you have blond or thin eyebrows a glue stick will work fine by its self.
Take the glue stick and run it over your eyebrows until they're completely covered and laying flat (if you're using a skin colored wax as well, add some over the first layer of glue then use your finger nail to lay down some glue on top of the wax).
Once this is done and you've waited a minute or two for the glue to dry take some liquid base and generously add some to the top of the eyebrow and blending it into the skin. Then add some power base over that (you may need to use a lot of the powder depending on how dark your eyebrows are). Continue to add powder and blend it out until your eyebrows look pretty much gone.
Note: Once the eyeshadow is applied it will also help blend the eyebrows in.
Step 2: Now it's time for eyeliner. You'll want to use a black eyeliner pencil to go around the edges of the eyes along with the little lip on the lower eyelid. Make the line noticeable but not super thick. Extend the corners on the outsides of the eyes up and on the insides extend them down.
Then you'll add in the dots just above where the covered eyebrows are. Make the ones on the inside largest and gradually make the smaller as you get to the edge of the eyebrow.
Once this is complete, you'll add the design to the right eye (or left if you so choose). Just take the point that's already there and extend it out so it curled both down the cheek and up towards the eyebrow ridge. You can improvise on what your design looks like if you like or just use the one I have.
Step 3: Now that the hard part is done we can do the easy stuff. Starting with the black eyeshadow, begin in the inside corner of the eye and spread it out along the eyebrow ridge, following the fold of the eyelid. Use more eyeshadow in the corner and fade it out as you get closer to the outside edge of the eye.
Now, on the lid take the red eyeshadow and blend it up into the black and out towards the edge. Again, the darkest point should be at the inside corner of the eye. Then take the red and line under the the eyes with it. After that, take the gold eyeshadow on a small blush brush and lightly feather it onto the tops of both cheek bones and over the eyebrows. And finally add some of the gold under the red eyeshadow that's already under the eyes.
Step 4: Take the blush and going over the top of the cheek bones and just above the temples. If your blush isn't red enough blend in some of the red eyeshadow to make it stand out more.
And finally take the red eyeshadow and line the outside edges of your lips before going over your lips with the red lipgloss (or lipstick).
